The only dedicated mode for cooling a room; which is also the coolest mode in an AC remote control settings in the cool mode, recognized by the snow flake symbol.
The turbo mode (not available in every ac unit) is a variation of cooling mode which increases fan speed to maximum for better cooling, in many latest generation air conditioners the turbo mode also increases compressor power for the most effective cooling results.
